FITNESS & HEALTH EXPO  !  


On Sunday i went to the Sydney fitness & health expo and had an awesome time. I met alot of people, i brought heaps of stuff, recieve tons of freebies, got sick from so many samples of proteins and energy drinks, bumping into friends, and meeting Lindy Olsen and Alicia Marie. 

I went to the expo with my boyfriend and a few of his friends, we saw a few famous people like a ufc fighter, this famous weight lifter from USA (i dont really know them) a few models, some famous photographers, I’ve also bumped into a few friends and also a really good friend melissa. I knew her sister was going to be there cause she the founder of muscle nutrition and oxygen cover girl. But it was heaps good to bump into her. I was excited to see a Usana area  at the expo, and had a great chat with the people who was talking there. Usana had the hottest guys working there then all the other places.

But most importantly i got to meet TWO of my inspiration Lindy Olsen and Alicia Marie.
Lindy is a big inspiration cause she is such a busy women working hard at her job non-stop and still manage to take of herself and she looks fantastic. Shes the editor in chief of my favourite fitness magazine Oxygen. She taught me heaps. 
Alicia marie is one of those fitness models i just look up to. I’m not really aiming for her body, but shes a role model cause of her hard work, dedication and motivation.

Meeting both of them was amazing, they were both so sweet. I hope to meet them again one day soon. 

I really wish Jamie Eason was there. I kinda hope for it but i doubted she was going to be there. Maybe next year.

YAY, its done and dusted. 
I actually enjoyed the reset plan though, i didnt have that much trouble. 
the only troubles i had was day four when i was actually craving for some real solid food. 
I’m glad its over but i still want to take my nutrimeal as a meal replacement. I have a habit of skipping meals cause theres nothing nice to eat. 

Day 4 


Breakfast -  A medium cup of freshly squeezed juice (pineapple/watermelon) 
              - Nutrimeal French Vanilla.
Snack - Nutrition Chocolate Bar
Lunch - Nutrimeal Chocolate shake
Snack - Freshly squeezed juice (orange and apple) 
Dinner - Nutrimeal Chocolate Shake.

On day four i had a bite of mums chicken wrap, nothing so guilty cause it was only one bite.

Day 5 -

Breakfast -  Nutrimeal Chocolate shake
Snack - Freshly squeeze juice. (orange and apple)
Lunch - Nutrimeal Chocolate shake
Snack - Nutrition peanut butter protein bar. 
Dinner - Nutrimeal Chocolate shake.

I made sure i had 8 glasses of water everyday during the reset plan. 

Tonight my boyfriend is taking me out to a nice little dinner, dont worry i wont pig out. We are going to one of the healthiest restaurant in my area.

Day 3 Reset Plan

Today is day three of my reset plan. I’m really proud of myself for making it this far. Thought i would’ve had some struggle right about now but everything is just perfect.
I do get a bit jealous that i can’t have my mum’s cooking, i hate it when the house smells like yummy delicious food. But i’ve manage to get pass it. 
I haven’t been weighing myself cause when your on the reset plan you dont really lose kilos, you lose pounds. My scale only reads kilos so I’m not gonna bother. Also the fact that i’m doing alot of weight traning so i might be building muscle.
I do notice a bit of a difference in my body. My stomach looks like its shrinking a bit, i do feel alittle be lighter, i no longer feel bloated and i feel more energize in the mornings. I do feel a lot more healthier. 
It has woken me up to stop eating a junk completely. I do eat healthy but most of the time during my day (specially at night) i eat a lot of snacks which is full of crap. And the next day i never feel my best. Now that i feel good, healthy, happy..i just enjoy day more. 

Day 1

It was just a normal reset day, i didnt add anything at all.


Breakfast - Nutrimeal french vanilla shake (3scoop) + my supplements
Snack - Protein shake (whey)
Lunch - Banana, Nutrimeal Wild Strawberry Shake (3 scoop) + Hepaplus (supplement)
Snack - Protein Bar
Dinner - Nutrimeal Dutch Chocolate Shake (3 scoop) + My supplements

Day 2 -

I added some fruit to my shakes just to make it alittle bit more enjoyable. 

Breakfast - Nutrimeal Dutch chocolate shake w/banana (3scoop) + my supplements
Snack - Protein shake (whey)
Lunch - Banana, Nutrimeal Wild Strawberry Shake w/strawberries (3 scoop) + Hepaplus (supplement)
Snack - Freshly squeezed juice (pineapple, green apple & Watermelon)
Dinner - Nutrimeal Dutch Chocolate Shake w/banana (3 scoop) + My supplements

RESET PLAN !

I have finally started the reset plan PROPERLY !
I use to always say that i will do the reset plan and i always do but then temptation gets in the way and the plan just fails. 
Now I’m motivated and dedicated to this.


The reset plan is something where it helps you have a good start to cleansing your body and helps you with weight loss. The first phase only last for 5 days. 
There’s other phases as well but you dont have to  continue after the first 5 days.

The reset plan is really easy. 

You take:

3 Nutrimeal shakes a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
2 Nutrition protein bars as snacks.

2 litres of water a day
1 serving of fruit
1 Serving of vegetable.


Pretty simple.

My family is very supportive, they don’t eat infront of me or tease me with food.
